The cause of insomnia in everyone can vary but according of the research, occupational stress and financial problems make people more difficult to sleep.
Here are tips to overcome insomnia:
• Stop feeling anxious. Concerned about the problems faced every day will make us difficult to sleep.
• Avoid exercise two hours before bedtime. Exercising before bed will reduce the sense of relaxation
• Eat enough food. Eating too much will make us difficult to breathe during sleep. Less eating usually makes us wake up in the middle of the night because of hunger.

• Create a comfort zone for sleep. Comfort zone for sleep must be appropriate to the needs such as lights dim, relaxed atmosphere, the smell of the rooms which are scented with aromatherapy substances, mattress and pillow are soft, cool room temperature and others.
• Drink some water before bed. Drinking plenty of water before bed will make dying to urinate so it will be easily awakened.
• Go to bed at bedtime. Prolonged sleep at a time instead of hours of sleep will disturb the sleep patterns.
• Do relaxation before sleep. It can be warm water bath, smelling the aroma therapy, and massage. Or a simple way to do with the supine position by closing our eyes and feel the relaxation of air enters the body through the soles of the feet and then spread to the head.
Enough sleep will make the body feel fresh and not tired. The quality of sleep is not measured by the length of sleep but from the changes in body that become fresh.
