Stroke is a condition in which brain cells damaged because it does not get a supply of sufficient oxygen and nutrients. Brain cells must always have supply enough oxygen and nutrients to stay alive and can perform its functions properly. Oxygen and nutrients carried by blood flowing in blood vessels leading to brain cells. If for any reason the supply of blood flow or the flow of oxygen and nutrients is hampered for several minutes, then a stroke can occur. 7. Reduce Fat. What’s good for your heart, good for your brain. Keeping cholesterol levels mean that inhibits atherosclerosis and stroke. Eat fat no more than 25% needs calorie.
8. Stay away from alcohol. Indeed there is research that says that in certain amount, alcohol can prevent strokes and heart attacks. But it would be better if you do not drink alcohol because drinking alcohol is never a clear measure of drink.
