2. Fresh fruit and vegetable juice
Fruits and vegetables are needed for health, if you are bored to eat directly you can make a juice from it. But you should not add much sugar in that fresh juice.
3. Green tea
Green tea is a storehouse of minerals and antioxidants. This increases metabolism and helps lose weight, the brain becomes relaxed, improving heart health and even to control diabetes and eczema.
4. Milk
Calcium in milk not only helps strengthen bones but also contribute to the destruction of fat stored in fat cells in the body.

Buttermilk is the perfect drink for summer. Buttermilk provides calcium, vitamin B complex, potassium and phosphorus. If made from probiotic bacteria, it is also beneficial for your digestive system.
